How do I reserve a party at Jump On In?
It’s easy! Simply click on our link to Book a Party at the top of the page to get started. If you prefer, you can call us to reserve a party over the phone.
Is a deposit required to schedule a party?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit to reserve a party. The deposit is refundable if you change your mind at least 21 days before the party date. Otherwise, you may lose your deposit if you cancel.
How many guests am I allowed to invite?
Our Big Jump parties include up to 25 children and our Little Jump parties include up to 15 children. You can have max 17 kids in Little Jump Party. You need to pay $17 per every additional child on top of 15 kids. You must switch to Big Jump Package if you have 18 or more kids. Of course, parents are always free!
How early should I arrive before my party?
You should arrive at our facility approximately 10-15 minutes before the start of the party. This will allow us time to collect waivers from everyone and get the party started on time.
Can I bring my own food to the party?
Only 9:00am and 9:40am parties are allowed to bring in Breakfast food. No pizza provided for these times. All other times you may bring cake, drinks, ice cream or snacks to your party. We require that you purchase pizza through us so that we can control the delivery to make sure it’s hot and fresh for your party. We do not allow you to bring in pizza or have it delivered to our facility. No exceptions. Call us for Food Allergies or Kosher requirements
What else do I need to bring in besides food?
Nothing. We provide all of the paper products and utensils. Also, our rooms are brightly decorated so you don’t need to bring tablecloths or decorations. Of course, if you’re doing a themed party, you are welcome to bring in plates, napkins or other items that fit with your theme if you like.
Do all the parents need to stay at the party?
Generally, it’s best if parents of younger children stay with the party. For older children, you may feel comfortable leaving them in the care of the host parents.
Can I have more than one guest of honor?
Yes, you may have multiple guests of honor. We host many combined parties for siblings, cousins, friends, etc.
Do you have a special party chair for the guest of honor?
Yes, we have spare special birthday chairs for multiple guests of honor so that each birthday child will feel special on this special day.
Will there be someone in the party room to help serve the cake/pizza/etc.?
Yes, you will have expert Referees to assist you throughout your party. They will make sure the children are playing safely in our gyms and they will do all of the work in the party rooms, such as serving pizza, cake, and cleaning up the mess!
What type of pizza do you serve?
We order high quality pizza through local vendors near our facilities to make sure it arrives fresh and hot. We never serve “snack bar” type pizza.
Are there any restrictions on children using certain equipment?
Some locations have minimum height restrictions on certain pieces of equipment. Please check with the specific location.
What is the age range for this facility?
Our facility is appropriate for kids ages 2 to 12 years old.
